About the role

Our Find / Live / Communicate services help clients create and embed their purpose and values within their culture and operations, delivering organizational-wide transformations. As this requires working across a spectrum of sectors with different needs, the work is, as a result, unique. You’ll be creating culture change within companies by working with senior policy-makers and employee steering committees. In some cases, you’ll be helping to redesign the way people work, or bring a company to rethink their supply chain or social impact. You’ll be applying organizational change using audience insights, facilitation and communication skills to really move the needle from the inside to create more purpose and values-driven organizations.

We need someone who ”speaks” HR, organizational change and transformation language, and who has the credentials and experience to back it up.

We’re looking for a full-time Consultant / Account Manager to help lead some of our most exciting projects to date – from one of the world’s biggest professional accounting associations to some of the most forward thinking and impactful organizations. This highly varied role would involve overseeing projects, advising super senior clients and facilitating engaging, creative workshops. You’ll also be applying an entrepreneurial and innovative approach to aiding in growing and developing our Canadian footprint.

We are looking for a self-starting, driven and diligent account manager who can deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. You are a stickler for detail, brilliant at nurturing client relationships and can adapt to very different types of projects. As with every member of our team, you have an innate curiosity about the world around you and a desire to make a positive impact on it.

Last, but not least, you are commercially savvy and have a flair for scoping, nurturing and winning new business. You have a strong entrepreneurial streak and thrive on thinking laterally about opportunities for company growth.

Specifics we are looking for:

3-5 years experience in consultancy or a similar role
Some experience in internal communications, employee engagement, culture change, organizational design, HR or organizational change
Passion for making the world a better place, especially through purpose-driven business
Energy, excitement and drive to create change, with a positive can-do and will-do attitude
Flair for thinking creatively and coming up with outside-the-box tactics and ways of measuring impact
Excellent at managing client relationships and securing organic growth
Ability to problem solve and provide sound strategic counsel
Ability to expertly facilitate, engage, and present confidently and concisely to a range of different audiences
Organized and adept at overseeing a number of projects from start to finish
Proven experience contributing to the nurturing and winning of new business
Strong networking skills – spots opportunities, enjoys going to events and meeting people
Willingness to get stuck in, and support other areas of the business where required
A fast learner – ability to think laterally and apply clarity to projects outside of comfort zone
Experienced in managing teams made up of core team members, freelancers and partners
High-quality delivery in all elements of work – written communications, client management, presentation
Bilingual (English/French) an asset, but not essential


Salary: dependent on experience
Wednesday Off-ternoon – to promote productivity and personal wellbeing, our office closes at 1:00pm every Wednesday (meaning we only work 4.5 days/week, which is equivalent to 29 extra vacation days a year!)
